The hotel is ideal and simple and has affable staff. Magnificent location with a train station walk from the venue. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Estro nearby. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Our city break was amazing! We had an incredible view from our room and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we were able to easily walk to all the main attractions. We also appreciated the complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby, a very nice touch.
The breakfast selection was a bit disappointing and could use some improvement. Additionally, the noise level in the hotel could have been better managed, as we were woken up early in the morning by loud banging noises. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its location and friendly staff.

I liked that the room was spotless with great breakfast, a shower, for example. The facilities were great.

Everything was very good. Staff and location.
The room was immaculate with a bath when upgraded.

Our Xmas stay had a few bright spots - we were met with complementary mulled wine and mince pies, which was a nice touch. The central location was also convenient for exploring the city and getting around. And to top it off, the hotel had a nice pool and sauna to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing.
The rest of our experience left much to be desired. The room was outdated and cramped with too many beds. The service was also lacking with long waits for food and drinks from the understaffed bar. And while the breakfast selection was decent, the signs of cost-cutting were apparent with smaller portions and unhygienic buffet options. not the Xmas getaway we had hoped for.

Pleasant people.
Marvellous and unbeatable location to a local post office, good for visiting Sheffield. Just next door to a cafe around the corner, and town centre. Exceptionally comfortable bed in double room with central heating, an iron and an electronic key card.

Marvellous central location really close to the restaurant as well as Sheffield. A cool bonus was Cafe Estro, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. I got complimentary double room with cot bed as an upgrade, nice gesture.

Unbeatable and brilliant location to a victorian museum. Also, to a local post office. Cool, spotless unit with great breakfast, the comfiest bed, a bath. Wide varieties of tasty food at breakfast.
